Comparative analysis of the non-uniformity of the freight and passengers flows within the transport system of the Republic of Moldova

Abstract

The paper addresses the issue of non-uniformity of freight and passenger flows and its impact on transport efficiency. The aim of the paper consists in the comparative analysis of the non-uniformity of freight and passengers flows within the transport system of the Republic of Moldova and in the evaluation of the non-uniform characteristics of the activity of the transport types. The comparative analysis of the evolution of the annual non-uniformity of the modes of transport in the period 2006-2019 and of the monthly non-uniformity of the flows of freight and passengers for the year 2019 is presented.
